Just makes it soo much nicer! Just one more step I don't have to take. IT NOW AUTOMATICALLY deletes the old HEICs. The only known crash HEIC Converter has had was caused by a macOS bug, which was worked around, and which was also fixed in recent macOS versions. If only the author would do an equally amazing conversion app into the HEIC format!
I absolutely highly recommend this app with no reservations. I have been meaning to write a review for over a year, and I finally am doing so after noticing the app was updated when checking the app store for updates. The design is so simple, it gets out of the way and does it's job, like the best designs do. I did have it crash one time when trying to convert hundreds of photos at once, so I try to keep it under 250 photos at a time now. View your HEIC images on Windows explorer without converting them first. And it brings over all the meta data as well.
